Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

We ship from Los Angeles, California via USPS or UPS.

Domestic shipping typically takes 3–7 business days.

For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
International Shipping Policy

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not collected by us and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

We do not control customs clearance procedures and are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or local carriers.

Failure or refusal to pay customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees does not qualify as non-delivery or grounds for a refund.

Shipping Obligation

Once an order has been shipped to the address provided at checkout and valid tracking information has been issued, our shipping obligation is considered fulfilled.

If a package is held by customs or by the carrier pending payment of import fees, the customer is responsible for completing the clearance process.

Customs Delays

In rare cases, customs processing may take longer than expected. While most international shipments are delivered smoothly, some may experience extended delays.

If tracking shows no movement due to customs processing for over 60 consecutive days, we may issue a refund for the product amount at our discretion.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, as they have already been paid to the carrier. However, we may offer a store credit equivalent to the shipping fee.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or abandoned due to unpaid customs fees or failure to complete the import process, it may be returned to our U.S. warehouse.

Refunds (if applicable) will only be issued after the package is received back and inspected.

Refunds will be subject to:

  • Deduction of original shipping costs

  • Deduction of return shipping fees

  • Deduction of any customs-related charges incurred

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback for an order that has been shipped and made available for delivery may result in the submission of shipping and customs documentation to the payment processor for review.
